Desde el camino de acceso, la vista se limita a dos pisos, por lo tanto, logra minimizar el impacto visual, colocando el edificio armoniosamente en un entorno residencial dominado por la presencia de viviendas unifamiliares.

Localizado en el área donde se sitúan las más importantes estructuras hospitalarias privadas de la ciudad, se distingue por su doble frente y acceso, sobre dos avenidas principales. Se compone de dos cuerpos, el “frontal” sobre la 6ª. que actualmente es destinado a “Hope”, centro especializado en oncología, y el edificio principal que se abre sobre la 7ª Avenida.
